Arkan Al Rasiya Investment Co. SPC · Muscat, Oman. The team manages products, stock, clients, and cash/credit sales day to day. Work was scattered across disconnected tools and manual tracking. They needed one ERP for stock and invoicing that fit how they work, and still produced professional bilingual invoices for clients.
The Challenge
Work was scattered across disconnected tools and manual tracking. Stock didn’t always match what was sold, partial payments and outstanding balances were hard to follow, returns and expired goods had no clear approval path, and managers lacked a single view of what was invoiced versus collected. They needed one ERP that still produced professional bilingual invoices.
The Solution
We built a dedicated ERP tailored to stock and invoicing: products, suppliers, clients, inventory, invoices, and payments. Cash and credit memos, automatic balances, controlled returns, live dashboards, and role-based access.
The Result
Staff run sales and inventory from one panel. Managers see performance at a glance. Printed invoices carry the company’s bilingual Oman identity.
